AllCubs.com Launches
Well folks, it begins. We've got a brand new post up at AllCubs.com, a discussion of what's become of the 2003 Cubs. If you're a Cubs fan, bookmark the site and visit regularly; we'll have tons of unique content appearing pretty much daily.
I'm still in the process of emailing my prospective authors; I received a lot of apps for this thing.

Does this mean that the diehard Cubs fans will have somewhere else to go and be... well, Cubs fans?
*As rays of sunshine break through an overcast sky, the voices of all the legioned angels sing*
That would be great news.

AllCubs.com is not going to draw all of us dedicated fans away from this sight; many of us are also very interested in discussing the overall scene of baseball. However, it should be one of the best blogs out there for us die hard lovers of the ultimate losers.

The Cubs fans aren't going away? Just when I thought I was done reading comments from people who don't know the difference between 'sight' and 'site'.

Why discuss the 2003 Cubs? Do past failures really excite Cubs fans that much?

Fellow Cub fans, I'm moving my allegiance to the other website and I recommend you follow my lead. All the false rumors and resentment of other JEALOUS fanbases is too much to bare.

I'd like it if you visited both websites; they're not mutually exclusive. But anyway, those concerned about imposters will find that AllCubs requires you to set up a login.

Whether you agree or disagree with the opinion of certain individual Cubs fans, the actual amount of Cubs fan on this site shows that we really care about our team. Andy, St pete, and Anonymous...your opinions and lame jokes don't get rave reviews either.

Why must you delete messages for no reason rumormonger?

I have never deleted a message for no reason. Pointless insulting ones are not going to be published on my website connected to my work, however.

Teetz,
If Cubs fans cared as much about understanding English as they did about the Cubs, Cubs fans would be more tolerable.
Posted by: Andy Cabiness | February 10, 2006 at 09:43 AM
Teetz: Agreed. As I've said on the other board, every fanbase has a percentage of fans that don't understand the game or are unrealistic in their fandom. The fact of the matter is that we are smart enough to understand that and don't waste our time insulting other posters. Wish the same could be said for everyone else.
