Milledge Lifted From Tonight's Game?

I don't have the details yet, but it appears leadoff hitter Lastings Milledge was pulled from the Norfolk Tides game tonight after one at-bat (a strikeout). Does that mean he's Oakland-bound? I'll look into it.

UPDATE: Never mind, he was ejected. False alarm.

Roto, have you heard anything about a rumor that would send Zito to the Braves? I have heard that they are close to a Scott Thorman and Marcus Giles for Barry Zito and some 3B prospect. I would make sense because they need pitching and JS does like to keep his trade talks from the media

it wont happen, why would they do this? they dont have a shot at resigning him...they would be giving up players for a rental and a better shot at the wild card...and why would the A's want ANOTHER 2b..?

WOW, 1 guy makes 1 comparison of him to ruben mateo and now milledge is gonna be a bust like him. you are an idiot dude, everyyyy prospect list has him in the top 8, you dont get there by sucking, scouting these days is better than when "ruben mateo" was in the minors.
