Dear god, why? Pitching is at an absolute premium these days and good hitting is always just a minor league stop away. You support the Rangers giving up their only stud pitcher who proved he could pitch in Texas for another hitter, when mediocrity can put up amazing offensive numbers in that park?

Since the Rangers' park inflates the numbers of all who play there equally, the Rangers have no less need for offense than any other team.
Anyway if you are targeting the right hitters, you can reduce risk by trading pitching.
