Not to appear ungrateful, but it used to mean more when non-tendering arb meant you couldn't re-sign the player until May 1st. Now it just makes it less costly (in terms of draft choices) for another team to sign someone but it doesn't mean they can't re-sign with their original team.

Tim - I think you have Dunn marked incorrectly. I thought that AZ did not offer him arbitration? Maybe I read that wrong.

any idea if mlb.com will have the complete list come midnight eastern??? i'm getting tired of waiting on Ruben to offer to Burrell or not.

You were right, I did have Dunn incorrect on the list but fixed it now.

Still waiting on five teams: Marlins, Phillies, Reds, White Sox, Astros.

Tim,

I think i saw somewhere (maybe MLB.com) that the marlins didn't offer it to any of their three type B's including the biggest surprise Arthur Rhodes who did well for them near the end of the year.

Also on local TV (comcast sportsnet) it was announced the Amaro Jr said he wouldn't leak it and it would just be sent to MLB. Not sure why the cloak and dagger secrecy though.

As said by others, you are doing a great job tonight. THANKS!

Tim,

Phils didn't offer to ANYONE, including Burrell or Moyer. AMAZING.

Hey keep an eye on the site, we have been posting all of that as the news comes in. Three teams to go.

The AP article seems to complete the puzzle. They have 25 players getting offers, so the remaining Astros and White Sox players apparently did not. No surprises aside from maybe Wolf.
