According to MLB.com's Mark Sheldon, the Reds signed veteran lefty reliever Aaron Fultz to a minor league deal with a Spring Training invite. Fultz, 35, didn't pitch much in '08.

After Baker was hired he said a lot of guys were calling him wanting to come to Cincinnati to play. Too bad ALL of those guys are horrible and unemployed...

May I recommend you add a "Nothing new on the Teixeira front" side note for all articles that don't involve Mark Teixeira in them. Apparently some writers out there don't understand how the game works.

Once Tex sinces things should start rolling. Its hard to make trades right now because teams are trying to see whats going to happen with the FA market and need the money to be availabe. I think January should be a pretty big trade month this season.
