Just what the M's needed actually what the state of Washington needed not really the best sports year for Washington in 08. Ken Griffy Jr. will definetly bring some life back into Safeco thinking of all the old memories when Ken was young and rising. Although Ken and the other Mairiner people they looked like they were forced to talk to the media after a Game 7 loss. Seriously if you don't believe me go watch it on MLB.com he was introduced today. Now Seattle can pull out old merchandise and sell it again.

Well as an atlanta fan im not too disapointed we didnt get him. Since when is Griffey 250lbs? Im sure those repaired knees will love caring the added 30lbs around the bases.
