Given the results of Cleveland's draft picks over the last decade, this means very little to me.

He'll suffer the same fate as Miller if the organization grooms him as a starter.

Well the last time the Indians drafted a pitcher with this much raw upside and a power arm to boot was CC Sabathia.
So considering the crap drafts that we have had over the last 7 out of 10 years this is a major move in the right direction for this organization. This year we have sign nearly all drafted player.

Yeah, somebody else made a good point about Brad Grant taking over as scouting director for the last two drafts...and on paper they both look very good. Chisenhall and White both look a lot better than any mix of Sowers, Huff, Crow, etc.
If this regime can start drafting well, this team might actually get somewhere.

Man, the tribe's farm system is absolutely loaded.

May not be the best at drafting bt when we hit it,we hit it well. Manny and CC basically two future hall of famers... well except I doubt manny will get in now. I hear they are bringing White up as a reliever so we'llsee what happens... Next couple years could get exciting

Hopefully he can stay in the rotation.
They already have Perez, Lewis and Todd, and a lot of their best pitching prospects could easily end up in the bullpen.
They don't have a lot of TOR potential in their system, but otherwise they might have the best farm system in the game. The Rays, Rockies, and other teams will give them a run for their money in that though.

anyone who thinks steroids should keep someone out of the HOF is a mental midget.
