After today's performance, I wouldn't believe Padilla if he said he wasn't thinking about his next contract.

Prediction: If the Cubs do get Jaramillo as hitting coach, they'll likely keep Milton around (not that they have much of a choice). I'd rather they eat the salary and pay Milton to hit .300/25/90 with some other team next year (come on Cubs fans...you know that'll happen!)

No chance that Bradley is re-signed. The Cubs are not looking to hire Jaramillo in an effort to coddle Bradley.
Bradley's welcome is worn out. Players, fans, and management alike are relieved at the thought of removing Bradley's awful persona from the Cubs' clubhouse.
Jaramillo's addition would be a great start to the 2010 season.
