When your walk rate is higher than your strikeout rate, I don’t care how hard you throw, you shouldn’t have an MLB job. And yea, I realize it’s a MiLB job but it is pretty easy to assume he spends most, if not the whole year, with the Nats

No the whole idea is that the Nats got him, non tendered him, Marlins signed him, released him, back to the Nationals. So wouldn’t it make sense?
