Does anyone know the legal structure of these agencies? I assume that they are all flow-through but I could be wrong. For example, my guess would be that Boras Corporation is a qualified Subchapter S Corporation and not a C Corporation while the rest are some form of partnership or LLC.

People may sweat Boras’ effect on weak general managers, but considering sports is a small portion of what CAA does, they’re actually bigger than several countries.
