I’d like to see Diaz and/or Cust play for the Pirates…
and really, how much more could Kartstens and Cedeno have made? Their arbitration asking price can’t be that high.

Cust has no busines playing in the NL. Diaz and Jones would be a solid platoon, but what does that do to Steve Pearce?

Jack Cust as a viable option for an NL team? That’s hilarious.
It’s almost as hilarious as thinking the hired uniforms at malls are actually real cops.

I’m sort of surprised to see them cut ties with Milledge. He hasn’t been great, he ain’t going to be a star, but he had his uses, and even with arbitration he’s still relatively cheap.
I probably shouldn’t be surprised by anything the Pirates do though.

I’d really love the Pirates to trade Joel Hanrahan or Meeks for Hardy.
…Twins fan.
derekbellstutu
Hanrahan or Meek and a prospect or two for Scott Baker, but not straight up for Hardy. Nice try.

What you think of a deal that was:
CF Ben Revere (top 5 Twins prospect), Scott Baker, and a B prospect for Evan Meek, Andrew McCutchen, and a C prospect.
Justin J. Bartz
What does this post have to do with Derek Jeter? Please mention him more often so he doesn’t feel as neglected. I recommend keyword density (Derek Jeter, Jeter, Jetes, Jeter Christ, etc.) of 5-10% for each post.

What would that do to Steve Pearce? Hopefully ship his sorry butt out of town, he is terrible never showed promise never made any impact of any sort other than bad. The kid is a stinker and should not be taking up space on the 40 man roster.
