Danks’s agent is really smart. He is one of those guys that just doesn’t get injured, so as he improves, his value continues to skyrocket. If I needed to start my team with a pitcher, there are few guys I would want more than Danks.

really? I mean Danks is good and all…but I can rattle off quite a list of names that are better than he is. I understand the homer-ism…but c’mon. Few guys?

Yes, he’s not THE best, and not very flashy. But he continuously is a very good pitcher with ability to shut down a team. Their are some guys I’d rather have, yes, probably about 10-12. But considering his youth, his left handedness and his impressive stats, I really like him
