I’m curious to see if Swisher can repeat the higher batting average again this year. Last year he finally put it all together and had a pretty good season for NY. His adjustments along with NY’s hitting coach helping him out paid off well.

His improved stance definitely paid off at the plate, but with a .335 BaBIP last year, it will be hard to repeat. But that’s what we play the games for.

It certainly can be done. He’s a pro althlete. There is no reason he can’t repeat or improve on what he did. He’s a good hitter and with a great team around him there is no reason he shouldn’t be doing that all the time. There has to be competition throughout the whole lineup.
