With an 8.5 game lead in the NL wild card race I really doubt the Braves are worried about holding on to the wild card. Right now it’s more of a question about whether or not they can beat the Brew Crew in Milwaukee.

Im scared to death of the Brewers, as any team in the NL should be.

I agree the Brewers are scary but The Braves are an excellent team and can take anyone in the playoffs

Very true. I have not been following the Braves this year and I just noticed Heyward’s stats. What is wrong with this projected phenom? Is he playing injured? He looked like a tiger early on last season and then I haven’t heard a thing.

To be honest, I think you should be more scared about them having home field advantage. They’ve been a great team lately but through the season they’ve been practically invincible at home.

Let’s not forget Eric O’Flaherty.

I look forward to a similar article(hopefully including Viz) for the next 4-5 years

Resign Pudge? HA! Let me guess, Boras believes he can play for another 5 years. Joke.

I thought Boras was running the Nats anyway. Maybe he thought so too and was surprised to get pushback when he told Rizzo to send over a new contract for Pudge. Boras seems to have planted the story in every possible media outlet in DC.

I’ll take Ramos and Flores over Pudge at this point
Thanks anyways, Boras
