doubt it, those teams are basically high A ball teams. when you are trying to evaluate a prospect you look for dominance. this guy has been merely slightly above average pitching against what are basically high A ball teams

In Korea (and other Asian countries), it’s last name first and then first name. But yeah, his name would be said as Yoon Suk-Min, not Min Yoon Suk as grownice posted.
