um dude, if u bat .320 in minors for a yr, ur 27 and you have over 2000 at bats in majors, when is time to play on mlb team? lol

When it comes to Hermida, hopefully never. Hitting .320 in Tucson = hitting .220 or less in San Diego.
He was never an above average ML player at the plate or in the field as evidenced by career OPS+ numbers and UZR, but two years of hitting combined .211/.274 is a huge sign that he is not going to rebound much if any.
I would love to be wrong and see him return to his 2007 level of production,

He is a power hitter? lol, I know the steroid era is over but damn, if hermida is considered a power hitter, i’m strappin um back up and giving it a go! He has pop, but is not a power hitter. He has never hit more then 18 home runs in any level.
