No one is untradeable. After seeing Bradley and Silva get dealt for each other, Zambrano dealt, Vernon Wells dealt, I think if they are creative (and Soriano has a good first half) there is some team, probably the AL, that could use a bat like his at the DH spot.

Soriano still has value with his bat to the Cubs…Why not keep him since all you would get is C level prospect at best and maybe 20million of his contract….he can still hit for power…..he still has his streaks where he hits 4 or 5 homeruns a week…he is terrible in the field and swings at pitcher’s pitches….but he is still middle of the order for the way the team is set now

I am glad the article hinted at the service time for some of the prospects. I am sick of explaining to people that it is pointless to bring up all the prospects as early as possible. All you do is start their service time when they probably won’t be productive or have any real chance at winning.
