I like Murphy as well I mean he does have his problems defensively but overall he’s a steady guy at the plate who knows how to get timely hits all year long for the most part.

I forgot that Fred Lewis was even on the roster. If he hasn’t already been outrighted an can still be, I expect that he will be soon, or designated for assignment.
As for Ike Davis, he will have 4 arbitration years (he is a Super-2)…I’d go to arbitration this year and see what he’s like next.
