I can endorse Miley as a RoY frontrunner…

Wade Miley will enjoy a lovely third-place RoY finish in my book.
EDIT: Those of you downvoting this have heard of Mssrs Harper and Aoki right?

Aoki really isn’t that close (only 2.9 WAR) but I can see the argument for Miley (4.8 WAR) vs Harper (4.9 WAR).

I just feel like the hype tends to be more on hitters, which gets reflected in the vote. (My comment wasn’t about who deserved it, it was about how I thought it’d go down.)

In that case, Harper all the way.

Wrong Chris Young.

Of course every GM wants their player to win ROY.
I think that Chris Young will have some interest this winter. $8.5M in 2013 and $11M option in 2014. I see him as a simialiar player to BJ Upton, maybe not quite as good, but they are similiar. If Upton is getting $14M aav then it makes sense since he is cheaper.

Looking at stats, I would say that Wade Miley is more deserving of ROTY than Bryce Harper and Todd Frazier The numbers he put up would make him any team’s #2 starter at worst.
As for Chris Young, it should be Chris B. Young (the center fielder), not Chris R. Young (the pitcher).
