On a deal of 42.5mil that’s a 1mil difference…I’d say thats a pretty big difference.

Seeing as you only consider that rate for the games within your state it is $710,000 if you take the top tax rate, which it isn’t because MO has a flat tax, while NY’s top bracket starts at over a million. All for an offer that was $2.5MM smaller.
