Friedman with money can’t be stopped.

Interesting list of front-runners since Texas can’t sign him unless he waits until the next signing period, Arizona can’t sign him if he is cleared this signing period, and it’s pretty certain the Jays or Dodgers wouldn’t sign him if he’s cleared this signing period.
Portland Micro-Brewers
Even if he’s cleared soon, J2 is nearly 2 months from now. It shouldn’t be too hard to convince anyone to wait a little longer.

And one 19 year old 6’3 RHP Vlad “Best Curve in Cuba” Gutierrez, please. Dodgers FO should bust the bank on any IFA with a pulse. It’s only money! Sign 18 year old SS Lucius Fox, get Kevin Maitan false birth records to sign him too. Spare no expense this year because next year you have to scout even harder to find $300,000 and under guys to sign. LA needs another DOSL team or a VESL team, fill it up this season. Spend smart and big now and sale off excess years later when the players are at peak value. Hopefully increase the presence in markets like Brazil. This years plan could provide LA with a lot of future revenue streams if executed well.
