This is just a critique — but does a player injury count as a ‘rumor’. I mean, if it happens to be a big name player who is involved in trade rumors, i get it. I also understand that this may or may not make the Indians buyers/sellers… so there’s some relevance there.
But I literally had no clue who this dude was until this post and I’m a huge baseball fan. Did his injury really warrant a long post on MLBTR during the heat of trade season?
Food for thought… I’m also a little bored at the moment, hence my pretty meaningless comment haha.

Technically any trade, DFA, player being released or injury update isn’t a rumor. A rumor is speculation or “gossip.” So technically you could make that argument for every post on this website, but whats the fun in that?
Marvin Berry
He has been up and down between AAA and MLB for the last three years. He’s never been a big contributor to the big club, which is why you’ve never heard of him. His being injured has no bearing on the Indians buyer/seller status.
