Hilarious how leake is now praised. The giants grab him, and them being the giants…they get everything they can out of almost everyone they ever sign. Leake was trashed as an average pitcher by nearly everyone. He is what, 27? In the bigs for all 5 years of his career, and not a day in the minors. He is a nice #3 and will eat innings. he understands the game and will generally keep his team in the game for at least 6 innings. Of course it is a good signing.

It seemed like Leake was going to get expensive given his skill set…but in this market he’s a savy sign

Classic Law. Whether he likes or dislikes a move is ENTIRELY determined by which team or teams are involved.

He’s a great pickup, would’ve made every contender better

Too bad Leake doesn’t reach base often. He’d lead the league in steals
