Rajai is a solid 4th OF, a good pinch runner, and not too shabby a bat for off the bench. Wish him well.

Rajai plays one way: hard. If he is your 4th OF, you are in pretty solid shape. He gets exposed a bit as a starter: usually much better against lefty pitching, not the smoothest CFer ever… but it’s not from lack of effort.

I actually do not mind this signing to be honest. Now he will never be a heavy inning guy but I don’t mind adding a solid veteran into the mix to push the younger guys. Problem is we need a difference maker not a depth guy in Cleveland
