At this point, osuna is better off just being an ace reliever imo. He’s had tommy John already, and would likely need to put in at least one year at AAA before being ready to start in the mlb. That means we likely wouldn’t see him until 2018 at the earliest, unless he really gets stretched out during the offseason. I’m pretty sure he also said he’d rather stay in the bullpen anyways, so it might just be a moot point in the end

No he doesn’t, he’s specifically said he wants to be a reliever and doesn’t want to be a starter, he rejected the Blue Jays attempt to make him a starter. In all honesty he should just be the Rivera for the Blue Jays

Every team needs an ace closer, who would close if he goes back to starting? Look what Boston paid for 3 years of an ace closer, I say, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Connor Greene looks like the real deal and isn’t far away, I’d say it’d be better just to bring him in next year for starting rotation if he’s ready.
