the white sox are in a tough spot , do they trade sale and quintana? A tough decision.

No more of a tough spot than the Angels if you think about it. Both teams need to upgrade their Farm, and have the Super Star talent to trade to get out of this jam. Blockbuster trades of Sale and Trout will set both franchises back on their feet

Trout is more valuable then sale, the angels might have nobody coming up through their farm system like trout but imo they just need talent around him in the line up , maybe a new manager

Because of the contract status Sale has more value. Also pitching value is at an all time high. Also the white sox have more players to build around and more assets to deal. While the Angels have virtually no assets to deal and even less to build around.

With Todd Frasier hitting near the Mendoza line, I wonder if the Mets could pick him up for Asrubal Cabrera and Sean Gilmarten. They could move Reyes back to short and play Frasier at 3rd. He is a Jersey guy, so if Wright is all done, maybe they could sign him to an extension, although his contract runs through 2017.
