Ohhh boy #HeadacheRamos is back.. I hope they just leave him as the set up.. Rodney doing much better now as the closer ..and I rather not have Ramos come in in the 9th and walk everyone as usual..seems like he always has to get punched in the face and get a taste of his own blood before he closes it. I can’t take that anymore, not to mention my heart..I think we should ship him out in the offseason..someone would be foolish enough to send over a nice package.

AJ Ramos- almost 5.3 BB/9
Fernando Rodney- almost 5.7 BB/9 since he got to the Marlins
Barraclough- 6.14 BB/9 leading league, plus league leading 8 Wild Pitches
Ellington- 5 BB/9
Cervenka- 6 BB/9 before coming to the Marlins, but he is a LOOGY and most of those are against RHs, so thats fine
McGowan- 4 BB/9
Marlins bullpen essentially walks 2 guys an inning

I am not sure you understand how per 9 innings work.

they are relievers….they are coming in for 1 and 2 innings at a time. Obviously, the numbers equate out to them each walking close to half a guy an inning…but I’m saying that if you shorten that to the inning by inning case that you see with relievers, and add the fact that they use multiple guys in some innings, they essentially walk multiple guys per inning as a totality
