I miss great pitching in Milwaukee. 🙁

The Mariners send you best wishes, CC. Thanks to you, they know they can still ask for plenty of talent for a 2-3 month rental.

The Ramos and Hicks package is more than Brewers gave up for CC imo.

Agreed.

I miss CC, but I also miss Matt LaPorta and Michael Brantley. If we had them, trading Fielder and Hart would be much easier for us, because we’d have replacements ready. However, I’m still glad we made that trade, otherwise I’d never have seen my team in the postseason…

M LaPorta is probably the most easily replaceable commodity in the game. A no glove, okay bat DH/1b. Brantley is a 4th OF on a decent team. Bryson might turn out to be the most valuable. But then again, the Brewers got 2 picks out of the deal, Davis and Walla, lets see how they turn out.
