The Phillies are gonna have home field throughout the entire playoffs! Go Phillies!
Sniderlover
I’ll root for Phillies since I just want to see Halladay win it.

Lets go Twins. Lets go Twins!

Rays hold tie-breaker over both Yankees and Twins. Just sayin’.

I’m a yankee fan, but i have to give it to the rays, their deep pitching is going to overmatch everyone for the rest of the season. When other teams trying to keep their players rested, the Rays can just go with Hellickson for a spot start and not miss a beat. To be honest, It’s probably going to be a Rays – Philly world series.

C’mon Yanks, the foots need to be sleeping on the gas! No break pads, no such thing as last!
Dylan
Phillies will clinch by Sunday or Monday (most likely) and rest starters. Twins are already resting their startings. Yanks have a tough schedule (Boston has something to prove) and Rays seem to be rolling along. All that being said, I still think the Phils will have the best record. H2O will go through one more time and I think they will end up with 96 or 97 wins.
Guys like Polly, Utley, Howard, Ruiz and Ibanez won’t see the field much, but DomBrown, Gload, Fransisco, Schneider and Valdez can fill in nicely. Rollins will prob. play the final 4 or 5 games to get his timing back. Guys like Worley, Bastardo, Kendrick, and Blanton will be on the hill in the Atl series most likely unless they still pitch Halladay, Hamels, and Oswalt on a 5 innings limit type deal to keep them fresh and rested at the same time.

Seems like Boston always makes statements or have something to prove…

“But it certainly means something to us fans.”
No. No it doesn’t.

It’s gotta be the Rays. They already have the best record and they finish out the season with three series against the worst teams in the AL.
