Jroll speaks the truth as usual
seanb1223
“Jroll” gave an opinion that he’s not going anywhere. Clee speaks the truth.
thesultanofswingandmiss
“Jroll” “Clee” whats next Roladay?
dylanp5030
Cutley, Hence, Camels, SICtorino, and Cruiz!
Phillibuster
Close. It’s ChUtley.
nm344
I’d rather take JRoll’s word than Heyman’s.
seanb1223
Exactly where is Heyman’s name mentioned at all in this story?
nm344
If you paid attention to the Hamels updates you wouldn’t be asking.

Dammit! So the Phillies did beat the Yankees in the ’09 WS? Just like he predicted too?!?!?!?
Phillies_Aces35
While I agree with Jimmy and I’m kind of tired of hearing that the Phillies won’t or can’t go over the luxury tax, the problem isn’t money, it’s years…
If they can give Cliff 5, they should give Cole 6-7… he’d still finish the contract younger than Cliff. You’re getting more prime years for less $$$.
Montero1220
This is the same kind of fortune telling Rollins did in the World Series in 09. In how many games were the Phillies going to beat the Yankees J-Roll? Haha. I don’t care how many tickets the Phillies sell they can’t afford new contracts for Hamels and Victorino, an extension for Pence along with the huge contracts of Lee, Halladay, Howard, and Papelbon. They have a limit for payroll just like every other team. Even the Yankees and Red Sox are trying to stay under the luxury tax.
dylanp5030
Anything is possible.
hoagiebuchanan
*facepalm*
Phillies_Aces35
You thought he was serious about that prediction?
KJ4realz
Jroll also made other predictions that came to fruition ie ‘the team to beat’ in 2007 when they toppled the mets, winning 100 games in 08 which they did by winning the WS.
He’s predicted more right than he has wrong. But I guess only 2009 counts.

Jimmy is such a beast….
