Dodgers need to sign him already……….. He is one of the most productive members on the the team ……… Granted last season he was injured and he didn’t put up his regular # s but it seams to me like he wants to stay in LA
trueBlueTony
Can anyone a outfield next season with either kemp and Hamilton ??????
mrshyguy99
i like the idea but smart move would to just go get pitching and a 3rd baseman. we can just have sands or SVS play LF
trueBlueTony
why not get both ??????? dodgers have the $$$$$$$$$$
trueBlueTony
Why not get both ??????????? Dodgers have the money now……

apparently enough to purchase more question marks now!
but yeah, Hamilton would be a pretty crazy addition to your OF. You guys could also go for cheaper value and a pretty decent hitter too and get a good 3B too.

Still cant stand Ethier’s whiny baby attitude, however he’s been playing great ball and has not been very vocally whiny this season. Maybe he really disliked McCourt, maybe he knows to be on his best behavior on his free-agent season, as long as this Ethier continues to show up, then I’m fine with resigning him.
Normally, when a player is willing to talk turkey during the season, it mean he wants to stay, and that’s all I’ve ever wanted from Ethier, a real commitment to LA (and none of this talk about wanting to go to AZ or BoSox). So I like to hear that Andre is saying, with no reservations, that he is not going to shut the door on negotiations during the season. But another part of me, and call me pessimistic, says that Andre knows he’ll probably get more extending with the Dodgers right now, than he will signing here or elsewhere after the season.
I hope I am completely wrong! I hope Andre is playing and behaving genuinely, and his openess to an extension is out of a desire to stay with the Dodgers, and his previous pissy attitude was due to McCourt and the circus the Dodgers were when he owned them.

How’s Shawn green relevant here?
vtadave
Because he went 6-for-6 with 4 HR, a double, and a single 10 years ago today and he’s a Dodger. How is that NOT relevant?
