Is that the right Tony Pena? The link on the MLB Transactions page takes us to the OTHER Tony Pena. The one of Diamondbacks and White Sox fame.

It seems that happens a lot on here more often than not with duplicate names. In the URL, “penato03” needs to be replaced with “penato02” to direct it to the correct Tony Pena.

Unless the kid was missing an arm when he showed up for his physical, I think I would throw 50K at him when AA was prepared to hand over 800K. He was ranked 9th on BA international FA list.
Anyone know how any details about the failed physical?
