Grienke would put the Dodgers way over the L-Tax. He will be an Angel, Brewer or Cub IMO.

Brewers don’t have the money and the Cubs don’t have the need for a top of the rotation guy when virtually all of the roster needs upgrading. Besides, neither needs Greinke to go “over the top.” I haven’t heard a single mention of “if we had Greinke” during the Brewers second half run. Fans and the team have moved on.

The Brewers have the money. They don’t need the player. Let Boston or New York make another terrible contract, they both lead baseball in terrible contracts in the past decade……they don’t know how to spend money.
