Pretty sure that guy who hit 3 home runs tonight was starting in 2010 as well

Ozzie would like to manage again?
There’s a Seven Eleven in Hialeah that’s looking for manager.

maybe Guillen would find it easy to snag a job about 90 miles south of Florida.
might not pay as well as he’s used to, but there’s meat the first three weeks of the month.

Ozzie and Valentine have the same problem: they don’t know that they are part of the problem. Valentine may not ever get another chance with the way he threw everyone under the bus this year, but if Ozzie sits at home for three or four years playing with his kids and reflecting on why things went bad, he might realize all the things he did wrong and someone will give him another chance.

Ozzie Guillen pretty much knows, that he not going to be managing any MLB clubs in 2013 because Toronoto & Colorado are two teams left that need a manager & it look like Rockies are leaning hard on Jason Giambi & Blue Jays in my opinion could be leaning toward non outspoken guy.. I know Miami Marlins need a manager but I am just saying what avaible since Miami fired Ozzie.

Would Ozzie be willing to manage in the minors????

Ozzies ego wouldn’t allow that to happen unfortunately. If he were smart, he’d sit out a year and then take any MLB job he could get….OR…manage a AAA team if one is available. The real key for him however is to keep his kids out of the dugout and not allow them to make any comments about the people who are putting food on their table. Also, Ozzie needs to realize that as long as he thinks it’s all about him, hes going to lose job after job. Not every employer is as forgiving and loyal as JR.

Fujinami was drafted by the Tigers this morning. Actually, he was drafted by four of the 12 teams. They make their first round picks simultaneously and then use a lottery to determine who gets a player that was drafted by more than one team. Tigers won that.
