I think his first appearance was a perfect one pitch, one strike W. He could have retired then and stayed on top of the MLB career stat boards for the rest of his life. But I’m sorry his shoulder didn’t hold up and always wished the Nats hadn’t traded him. Was nice to root for another somewhat local player on the Nats along with Zim. You could put together a pretty good roster just from the Hampton Roads area. .
