FREE TYLER GOEDDEL.
Matt St.
I agree. The Phillies aren’t winning anything this year. Let him play and see if he surprises like Odubel Herrera did last year. What do they have to lose?

Sorry but if Pat the Bat an man left, a one legged man can.

Noone could stretch a triple into a double like him. I used to get a good laugh watching him run.

Phillies left fielders, as stated above, have a .299 OPS. Rangers left fielders also have a very low OPS -.325 OPS
MLB Pitchers have a .359 OPS.

As a lifelong Phillies fan I’m getting a little sick of their refrain.Garbage in garbage out..
Peter Bourjos could never hit. Cedric Hunter has virtually no experience as a major leaguer and Tyler Goeddel is over matched.
What did they expect? Ted Williams? Willie Mays? and Joe DiMaggio?
They do this every year. Same old tired excuses.

Very very well said.. Idk why the chose Cedric Hunter over Venable or anyone else…Bourjos I understand because of speed and defense but that only goes so far, I hope to god Nick Williams isn’t another Michael Taylor or Dominic Brown, idk if I can take another disappointing prospect
