Really, it’s more like….
1. Sort out front office
2. Sort out stadium
3. Have roster composed of actual baseball players
DarkGhost
I understand the first 2 but come on have actual baseball players on the team. That’s just a stupid ignorant answer
johnsilver
Remove the entire front office, primarily stewart and LaRussa. All really good GM’s don’t make nice front office honcho’s (Jack McKeon was slick at both) Think Arizona just found this out the hard way.

You know there is some upside on this team. I think Segura could be a good second basemen for years to come so that trade worked out. they do some tweeking here and there. one year under their belt of playing together and they are a very good team next year

Will you guys please stop using LaRussa’s picture for the cover photo on these articles? Every time I see his face I want to throw my phone off a bridge.

Nothing will change until you get rid of Stew

Owner should sell the team and Hall’s 8 yr contract is ridiculous

I still laugh thinking about all the Dodgers fans who flipped their lid at the front office for not paying at least that $ to keep Greinke. This is is why people need to think before they speak.
Nonetheless, doesn’t look good for the Dbacks. They have some talented guys but, hamstrung by a bad contract, lite in the farm, and being lead by a terribly out of touch front office. They need to start by cleaning house, take stock of what they have, and accept that the next few years at the MLB level will be ugly.
