It is technically true but the way that the market size is calculated makes no sense – especially when it comes to a team like the cardinals – or a team like the A’s who’s market share as I could find it listed is 7,039,362 – and the giants as 7,039,362 … because they share the same geography and market share is based on geography and not profit or attendance.
