Shocked that Guerra didn’t get claimed. Angels got hella lucky on that one. He’ll be back up on the 40 man after spring

Everyone just sees velocity. But good for LA. Quality innings eater at worst

I’m also surprised Guerra didn’t get claimed.
As a Blue Jays fan, I’m glad to see that Girodo cleared waivers. He wasn’t impressive in what little time he saw in the majors last year, but he was decent in AAA. We need all of the lefty reliever depth we can get.

If I’m Guerra, I strongly think about rejecting the assignment to AAA. There are a number of teams with bullpen depth issues who could use him in the majors now.

I would reject the assignment to AAA…

really hope eppler convinces guerra that he will be back up if he heads to minors.

I know that he doesn’t throw hard, but it’s hard to believe that no other team wanted a 27-yr.-old RP who finished w/ a 3.21 ERA in 53.1 IP.
