Well played.

Why didn’t the Braves jump on Peter Bourjos? He would have been the perfect 4th outfielder. Dang it man!
Brixton
They have like 8 outfielders already
AUTiger7222
Matt Kemp, Ender Inciarte and Nick Markakis are the only TRUE outfielders the Braves have. Our backup outfielder is Jace Peterson or Emilio Bonifacio. Neither are any good defensively, especially in CF. If Kemp, Inciarte or Markakis gets hurt the Braves are in deep doo doo. It’s why I didn’t understand getting rid of Mallex Smith.
Bonifacio is completely terrible offensively and defensively but he’s on the team. That should tell you all you need to know about how desperate the Braves are for quality bench guys and to not jump on Peter Bourjos was a gross mistake. Bourjos probably won’t hit much but the dude can bring it defensively. The Braves bench is quite possibly the worst bench unit in MLB history. It’s downright depressing.

And to the comment that the Braves have the worst bench, the Reds said, “Hold our beers.”
AUTiger7222
The Braves bench is Emilio Bonifacio, Jace Peterson, Chase d’Arnaud and Kurt Suzuki. Who do the Reds have?

BlueJays off-season was garbage but we had a few pickups
