Fascinating article.

Nice article. FYI – The link for Matt Anderson is the wrong Matt Anderson.
Steve Adams
Ah, thanks. Fixed that just now.

The Jays drafted some pretty sick guys over the past 20 years.
The draft class in 2009-2010 was an example. Drafting Syndergaard and Aaron Sanchez, as well as Kris Bryant, although in the 18th round. James Paxton was also there somewhere

Excellent read!

Cool. I love draft war room stories. It’s interesting to see how a team sees their haul post-draft and how those players pan out over their careers.

Mark Hendrickson was drafted six times! Has anybody else ever been drafted six times?

Great read!! Shows how much work and “Educated Guessing” goes into draft picks, I love watching it every year as a Jays fan. then, with intrigue, watching the rookies play thru the minors watching them grow. I remember watching Sanchez and Syndergarrd as they came up, then got pissed when we traded half the “dynamic duo”. The off season is just as interesting as baseball season!! Baseball is back!!
