It’s time the Mets look for a solution at catcher. Travis has not lived up to expectations and is always injured.

I have a different opinion Snake. He is a perfect Met…the epitome of the franchise: overrated, mediocre at best and always on the DL. No fear for you Flushing faithful–nothing will change.

I think D’Arnaud is one of those career backups. I would love it if the Mets picked up a durable backstop and had D’Arnaud as a lifelong met. I don’t see any team wanting him as a starter now

No they didn’t. They were ready to give Travis, Nimmo or Dilson Herrera, and a tier 2 pitcher. It fell through because Brewers wanted Conforto or Rosario and Mets wisely walked away
