Ronald Roettger
Good, now there is less chance for bad blood if he didn’t get everything he asked for and lost his case. We will need him to be as solid as he was for the first 3/4 of last season if we are going to stay in the hunt.

I think Gutherie is due for a hearing. He has flirted with the idea in the past and the O’s will want to contain his salary in hopes of trading him in a deadline deal. The less he makes , the more other clubs will offer .
Shame to see him go , but it’s in the cards . I hope the Japanese pitchers adapt quick or the young pitchers finally click or both. Because without either , this ship will sink before it leaves port 🙁

Wow, how bad was he in the playoffs last year? 0-3, 14.90 ERA, 2.276 WHIP
Primetime pitcher? Nope.
