If possible, indians should make a splash and singing Cespedes or Upton, or at lest Fowler or Desmond. It would be of great help for contention.
The draft pick compensation is killing Fowler. I could see him getting the 3yr $45 mil contract with an opt-out after year 1 IF he didn’t have the draft pick attached to him, but there’s no way anybody with a brain is giving up a pick for Fowler on that contract. That’d be crazy.

Fowler should train with someone eho helps him fix his horrendous deffensive instincts (Rickey Henderson?). With that (at least partially) solved, i think it would be a pretty decent figure…
