For future posters with hypothetical trade scenarios for Alec Bohm to MLBTR staff – they do not like him with a passion. Unless you’re proposing Jo Adell, they ain’t biting on a Bohm.
I propose Jo Adell.
Who is they and I think I need a little more context.
Bohm is mediocre and getting more expensive, who wants to trade for that?
Adams thinks the Angels may have made the biggest free agency signing of a team that finished poorly last year – guess he doesn’t think the Blue Jays are coming away with any top free agents.

I think that the problem I have with the Dodgers referrals are the figures they consider “present day value.” If Ohtani signs for 700mil, it should count for the full figure for tax purposes, not $46/yr. That makes no sense to me and I do believe skirts the system.
Sad you don’t understand simple economics or understand how collective bargaining agreements work.
