I’m just here because for the first time in a long time, I’m excited for a dbacks season.
Snakes offense looking exciting. Could be the best Outfield in baseball within the next year or two.
Definitely the fastest. Gonna miss Varsho’s defense, but with the future guys, it’s going to be solid, if not spectacular.
I like all three of them. I watched a bit of the game today including their comeback in the top of the 7th and it’s the first time I’ve ever seen them 1-2-3 like that next to each other. They all three put a good ab together bang bang bang and sparked the whole thing. Man, huge potential there. I worry about them against lefties but we’ll see. Lots of promise.
I will say that I was pretty disappointed with Perdomos abs….he still looks like he needs some hard times in AAA to me.

Even though Perdomo grades out poorly at SS, I think as a switch hitter he’s the best IF Utility choice for 2023. With Lawler coming up fast, the Dbacks no longer need Perdomo to supplant Ahmed and be a 1-2 year bridge to Lawler, So I say keep him on the opening day roster and adjust our expectations toward him.
I submitted a question about Kristian Robinson that went unanswered. Michael McDermott and Jack Sommers are reporting that Robinson expects to get his legal and VISA issues resolved by early June at the latest, so I’m hoping he can be the next big addition to the Dbacks OF in 2024.
Seems a bit optimistic, but hopefully for them, the talent is still there.
D’backs are going to be fun to watch. They may not necessarily be a playoff contender but they could definitely play spoiler
