Do you think the Astros and Mets could line up on a Christian Walker for Jeff McNeil swap? I feel like that would help both teams.

Walker makes 7.5 million more. Houston would probably dish out something so it could work.

Idk. McNeil gives the Mets more positional flexibility. He could probably also play an average 1B and the bat is pretty similar.

Same. The Astros should trade Christian Walker.

I was going to say the same thing. They’re going to start charging a cover to keep the Fire Marshall happy.

Well, let’s chat here. In my memory, there were always a couple of free agents who had signed by the time of the free agent contest deadline. Now it’s 3 days later and no signings, no trades have happened, and that’s with the 40-man roster deadline coming up in less than 48 hours. Anyone else find this remarkable?

Most of the big free agents spend the Thanksgiving holiday discussing deals with their family members, most signings are between Thanksgiving and X’Mas.

It’s you. Sure, there haven’t been many transactions so far, but not much really happens within the first few weeks anyway, and even some of the early activity last year was more an anomaly than the norm.

He wouldn’t need to. Upon seeing old Chuck coming, all the wood would chuck itself.

        Trick question.
Rob Lowe was only the Driver. Nathaniel Lowe, Derek Lowe and most importantly the ringleader Brandon Lowe Robbed 17 Lowe’s. The same Lowe’s 17 times.

At least you didn’t say anything regarding “the Zeal for Zeile” which every baseball card collecting magazine had on the cover the month his rookie card was the biggest thing since Jerome Walton or Gregg Jeffries or Ben McDonald.
