Jeff Larish has been awesome for the A’s so far. Great story about his batting stance.

What article are you talking about? I clicked the link and read the article and didn’t read anything about said stance.

I meant just the story and history about his stance in general.

Not to sound like a jerk, but .213/.275/.383 is awesome?

he’s made some nice defensive plays including a 4-4 game with a home run last week.

So the guy had a 4-4 game with a dinger and he’s been great for the A’s so far? I guess Ryan Church was pretty incredible for the Bucs too, considering that 3-4 game he had back for us earlier in the season.

In Thursday’s game between Seattle and Cleveland, former Mariner Shin-Soo Choo hit a bases-loaded double to drive in former Mariner Luis Valbuena, Seattle area native Michael Brantley (son of a former Mariner) and former Mariner prospect Asdrubal Cabrera.

In the summer of 2006, Seattle general manager Bill Bavasi traded Cabrera for Eduardo Perez, then Choo and another player for Ben Broussard.

    Those two trades were killers.

In December 2008, new Seattle general manager Jack Zduriecik traded Valbuena in a three-team, 12-player deal that netted Franklin Gutierrez, Jason Vargas and others.

Mickey Brantley played for the Mariners in 1986-89.

Gotta love everything we are hearing about Manny Machado. Nothing but praise from former players for his attitude and work ethic. The early hitting is just a bonus, first professional hit was a HR in the GCL too. Just stay away from the roids Manny.
