He started 2 games at SS last year(with 2 other appearances). In total, he’s played just 19 innings at SS in the MLB plus 1 game in AAA back in 2012. I know SS has been a black hole for the Jays lineup so far but JD should not be seeing any time there beyond the occasional start.
Preston Tucker was traded to the Braves just before the season started. So unless there’s another Tucker that isn’t on the 40 man roster. We’ll take that Springer guy

All I can imagine is Donaldson getting injured in his non-routine position. Would be a brutal blow before going into Free Agency.
