Hopefully I can get questions answered about Shelby Miller, Darren O’Day and the possibility of a future electronic strike zone. I’ve been asking for awhile because I want to know and I never see anything about that in the chats. I’m also curious about the motive behind Tony Clark’s investigation into Alex Anthopolous as well as how much validity Steve personally thinks is behind the rumor that the Braves are front runners for MadBum. They all seem to be very interesting questions that never get brought up in chats. Wish me luck and ask the same questions yourself if you like. I just want to hear Steve’s personal opinions on those topics regardless of who asks.
If submitted all my questions. I get it if Steve can’t answer them. He gets tons of questions every time. If he misses them it would be appreciated if he responded to them here though. No question flooding after the chat is over.
No luck. Asked all those questions and some of them multiple times. Maybe he can give me some insight on this thread.

When I don’t get some of my questions answered, I feel it’s because I didn’t write a question that would interest enough people.
I think it’s more happenstance than anything else. I’m sure many hundreds of questions get submitted, and the moderator, in trying to keep the chat moving, really has very little time to select a question.
Steve is available to answer questions on Twitter but I think you said you didn’t use it? I know it’s frustrating to be squeezed out by all those questions of “where will Rendon end up?” Keep trying bud. Oneday…..

Yeah. I get it. I’m not upset my questions didn’t get answered. They have a TON of questions to answer and can’t answer everyone all the time. It has more to do with what you said. It’s the same useless prediction questions asked over and over again in every chat. Like, will Moose get $52 million? Will this group of x+y+z players work in a trade (that every single person in the chat knows is never going to happen) to acquire a + b player. There are actual articles posted on this site about things that are really going on that never get brought up in chats and might actually take place in the future. I don’t mind those predictive things but when it is basically the same questions over and over again in every chat it gets kind of old. Especially when both the person asking the question and the person answering the question know that it is a complete shot in the dark and the answer is has a 99.99% chance of being wrong. I wanna know about stuff that has popped up recently. The MadBum post for instance. I read the article they posted about where a reporter claims the Braves are “the clear front runners to land Bumgarner.” MLBTR didn’t write the comment but they did post it and I can’t get a single person that works for this site to say whether they personally believe that it is true. But they will state their opinions over and over again on deals that have no real traction and likely will never take place. I get why they do that but some people don’t want to hypothesize trades that are never going to happen and get someone else’s opinion on them. I personally care more about the news they post in their articles. I know they have to hypothesize because it is mlbTRADERUMORS but it isn’t really a rumor if you make it up yourself right? I also want to know about the electronic strike zone. That is something I truly believe will actually happen the question I have is MLBTR’s opinion on whether it will be within the next year or 100 years. It seems like a waste of time to reportedly ignore questions like that in order to respond to a Contreras for Soroka trade proposal that everyone knew from the get go was never going to happen. I also forgot to ask Steve about MLB draft pick trading. I am certain that will happen but it is a question of when. I respect Steve’s knowledge so I would like his guess on when that might happen rather then an opinion on a trade everyone knows will not only never happen, but never even be offered. Sorry this was so long. In short I mean: Let’s talk about the actual articles that are posted on the site! They posted them and I gave questions about them! I’m not truly bothered by not getting answered in the chats. I would just prefer to not see the same questions answered every single chat and I would prefer to hear MLBTR opinions on things that might actually come true.
